Our team of dedicated professionals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate/Vice President to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, a proven track record in private equity, investment banking, or private credit, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
•Evaluate investment opportunities and contribute to all aspects of the investment process from origination to exit.
•Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess potential investments, including building LBO models and analyzing company financials.
•Participate in the due diligence process, coordinating with external advisors and internal teams to assess target companies.
•Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee.
•Support the deal execution process, working closely with legal, financial, and operational advisors to ensure smooth transaction closings.
•Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and implement strategic initiatives for growth and value creation.
•Engage in various corporate development initiatives to ensure positive trajectory and velocity.
•Engage in market research and industry analysis to identify trends and investment opportunities within preferred sectors.
•Contribute to the firm’s portfolio management efforts, including quarterly reporting and investment performance tracking.
Qualifications
•Strong desire to solve problems head-on and anticipate future needs of the firm.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or private credit, with a focus on financial analysis and modeling.
•1-2 years of direct investing experience is preferred.
•Deep understanding of financial markets and strong analytical skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
•High level of initiative and self-motivation, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team and the firm.
•Willingness to travel as needed for deal execution and portfolio company oversight.
