Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Establish ongoing consulting relationship with customers by being available during normal hours to answer questions, explain additional repairs needed
Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by accurately identifying the customer’s service needs and by thoroughly understanding the Lexus products and service lines.
Establish working agreement with the customer by determining and verifying customer’s service needs and recording them along with current vehicle and customer information on the repair order (phone number & email address).
Verify customer’s need for alternative transportation (Rental, Shuttle, Taxi, & Loaner vehicle)
Coordinate with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, or other retail center personnel in order to communicate with customers and technicians regarding repair work. Determine time of completion.
Advise customer of early or late vehicle drop off and pick up procedures (i.e. Early Envelope, drop box location, or fax in reservation confirmation form).
Follow up with customers who missed their appointments. Confirm customer appointment.

Requirements
Previous automotive BDC, Call Center or Reception/Cashier experience strongly preferred
Previous customer service experience & strong phone skills required.
Trainable in various computer systems.
Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
Professional personal appearance.
Weekend and AM availability required.
