Medallion Pools, one of the fastest growing manufacturers in the pool and spa industry, is hiring for the position of Production Manager for our metal fabrication facility. This is a hands-on Management position. Some of the areas this position is responsible for include:
- Work with other managers
- Organize workflow
- Monitor production
- Supervise production personnel
- Ensure quality standards
- Maintain stock levels of raw materials and finished product
- Machine and equipment maintenance and job setup
Candidates for this position should possess the following attributes:
- Management skills
- Understands the importance of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Organized
- Leadership skills
- Eye for detail
- Decision-making skills
Experience with Lasers, CNC press brakes, turret presses, forklift etc. is a plus but not required.
