POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Manager of Credentialing who will be responsible for managing the TJC & Internal Compliance Team and ensuring implementation and compliance with Joint Commission standards. Radiology Partners is currently accredited through the Ambulatory Care Standards and will continue to be responsible for meeting new and added standards for our organization. POSITION DUTYS AND RESPONSIBILITES
· Oversee, recruit, train, develop and manage the TJC & Internal Compliance Team
· Create and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders internal and external to Radiology Partners
· Oversee and manage all executed credentialing agreements
· Educate stakeholders based on Radiology Partners’ Accreditation and the means and benefits by which to execute a credentialing agreement
· Ensure expedited privilege requests are being credentialed appropriately and timely
· Develop and enforce compliance with Radiology Partners’ policies, procedures, and best practices
· Develop and manage standard audit processes to ensure quality
· Deliver high quality service to operations team and ensure tight credentialing deadlines are met
· Identify and implement workflow changes that will improve processes related to expedited credentialing
· Provide updates on clients interested in utilizing a form of expedited credentialing
· Provide short and long-term strategic recommendations to the Practice’s leadership teams
· Support regular and ad hoc Joint Commission inspections
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of 7 years credentialing experience required; 2 – 3 years of experience leading credentialing teams
· Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) or Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification preferred
· Working knowledge of credentialing accreditation regulations, policies and procedures, and standards also preferred
· Experience with process design preferred
