A career within Finance Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to optimise the structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business. Our Finance Operating Model and Organization Design practice team helps clients execute these strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimized use of technology, and efficient use of resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders. We support our clients by addressing the challenges of achieving contemporary operating models, upskilling talent to focus team members on driving insight and partnering with their business counterparts and digital transformation of the finance function to create world class functional excellence.

Our Data Analytics service offerings enable our clients to leverage their data with intelligent analytics and scalable end-to-end solutions. Our teams use data science capabilities, predictive analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and more to quickly draw insights and deliver value. This includes helping our clients drive analytics adoption, accelerating value delivery, developing in house capabilities, and building solutions and trust in data.
Leveraging analytics and benchmarking to develop the business case for change and prioritized improvement opportunities, and build and execute the transformation roadmap to bring the strategy to life;
As trusted advisors, bringing holistic solutions to our clients including: Process optimization; Technology design and implementation; Organization design including shared services and outsourcing, and Data Analytics;
Microsoft Products (Teams, PowerBI, MS Office), Analytical tools and packages (Python, Alteryx, R, Pandas, SQL, etc), Data visualization tools and packages (Tableau, PowerBI, QuickSight, etc.), cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP), and Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (scikit learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.);
Designing operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboard design and benchmarking/standard industry practices;
Leveraging knowledge of business intelligence tools to support the reporting and monitoring of performance metrics;
Identifying win themes, create storyboards, write and deliver proposals to prospective clients;
Operating model design and assisting in the development of organizational strategies which include shared services, business process outsourcing, and centers of excellence;
Implementing these models in either finance, human resources, or information technology;
Building authentic relationships and trust with CFOs, Finance leaders, and their teams, as well as across PwC leadership and teams;
Knowledge of the industry and key global trends and how they impact our clients;
Thought leadership that will be shared in the market and drive insights for our clients; and,
Sales and proposal efforts to address our clients needs and create value.
Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
Communicating value propositions;
Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and,
Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
