This is an “on-site” position at our offices in West Palm Beach, FL.

The PublicSq. Director of FP&A will be integral in all consolidated financial planning and analysis. This includes responsibility for financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities as well as reporting results and findings to senior leadership. In this high-impact role, you will have the opportunity to develop, create, and support all key processes for management reporting while partnering closely with various departments and teams. In addition, this role will be tasked with selecting, owning, and stewarding our financial planning tool.

The position will report to the CFO.

Role and Responsibilities

• Budget/Forecasting, financial modeling, and financial planning
• Work alongside GL owners to create and maintain value-add dashboards
• Analyze and report current/past KPI trends and ad hoc analysis
• Successfully collaborate with the accounting team, other departments, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
• Implement and operate a BI Tool and dashboard reports
• Presentation of reports for SLT and the CFO
• Ad hoc analysis such as M&A modeling and capital deployment analysis
• Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of related experience in the FP&A field
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical skills, research capabilities and overall business acumen required
• Solid project management and business consultant skills
• Demonstrate proficiency effectively presenting complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner and facilitating meetings with senior management
• You share our values and work in accordance with those values
• Willingness to commute to the office in West Palm Beach, FL area
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) a plus
• SaaS industry and/or inventory modeling experience a plus
• Experience with Sage Intacct a plus
• Previous public company experience a plus
• Ability to travel, when needed
