Description :

• Provides guidance and leadership for working team
• Develop program management plan and ensure adherence to the plan
• Provides status updates and tracking to program management plan
• Helps the team address barriers and roadblocks
• Manages project interdependencies with other work streams
• Engages external business stakeholders to drive awareness and buy-in

Required Scope Activities :

• Project Management : Interact with DER Strategy project leads and SMEs to provide support and meet objectives and timelines.
• Ensure alignment with governance teams and related BGE initiatives.
• Planning and Execution : Develop a program plan with timelines, milestones and resources.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks that may impact timelines and milestones.
• Performance Management : Provide status updates to ensure project is tracking towards all timelines and milestones.
• Change Management : Develop change management strategy including a communication plan, impact assessment and a implementation plan.
