Prosper Health Looking for Practice Manager at Remote Full Time

About us

Prosper Health provides therapy and assessments to autistic adults. We are hiring a Practice Manager to oversee practice operations and ensure the success of our clients. We are looking for candidates who care deeply about helping autistic adults and are excited about joining a fast-growing startup that is solving a massive problem.

The role:

— Oversee new client admissions to Prosper Health programs and services

• Answer inbound phone calls and lead form submissions from prospective clients, families, and referral sources
• Qualify potential clients for fit with Prosper Health and determine eligibility
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Prosper Health’s services and act as the go-to source of Prosper Health information for all prospective clients and related parties
• Build trust and rapport with clients, families, and referral sources

–Onboard new clients and set them up for success

• Use our software systems to complete insurance verifications to determine eligibility and estimate costs of services
• Schedule initial client sessions and help onboard new clients
• Ensure completion of necessary onboarding steps and confirm initial appointments

–Manage ongoing practice operations

• Track appointment completions, file invoices, and process payments
• Document all client data and status updates in our CRM
• Manage relationships with Prosper clients, including helping with rescheduling, financial questions, and referrals
• Communicate effectively with necessary internal stakeholders on client-related issues

About you:

• 5+ years of experience working in an administrative role in a complex, fast-paced organization
• Highly organized and detail oriented approach
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, clinicians and other colleagues
• Healthcare experience preferred (not required); additional pluses for any experience working with EHRs, insurance eligibility / verifications, filing claims, HIPAA, and more
• Fluency with technology and ability to work with multiple software programs (e.g., project management, scheduling, billing and insurance)
• Enjoy fast-paced environments and are a quick learner
• Desire to work with and support autistic adults

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive pay (open to full-time or part-time role, minimum 25-hour per week commitment)

We are partnering with the autistic community and world-class clinicians to create the best care model possible. Our team consists of members like Ari Ne’eman(founder of the Autistic Self-Advocacy Network) and Rachel Loftin(faculty at Yale and Northwestern medical schools).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour
