Here’s What You’ll Do
Partner with business stakeholder to gather requirements to design, develop, test, document, implement and support solutions
Propose and lead improvement or expansion initiatives for Oracle EPM Cloud
Proactively engage with Financial Planning and Data Analytics Enablement stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions for a growing FP&A global team
Understand business needs and lead thoughtful design discussions around exceeding business needs fully leveraging the Oracle EPM Cloud product capabilities in conjunction with other Data Visualization and Data Analytics applications
Design and develop reports and analytics for the FP&A function
Support and troubleshoot the daily operation of Oracle EPM Cloud and other solutions part of the FP&A’s Digital footprint
Key and End-users detection, development, and training
Ensure adoption of best-in-class practices and standards for development, support, testing and documentation
Drive timely and proactive issue identification, escalation & resolution
Work with Digital and Finance leadership to identify roadmap opportunities for continuous improvement
Working in a cross-functional environment to collaborate on operational issues, support and projects
Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science or Engineering
5+ years working with EPM platforms (Hyperion/Oracle EPM Cloud preferred)
5+ years working SAP FI, FICO, SAC, SD, MM
5+ years of experience with Financial Planning activities (Budget, LE’s, LRP)
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
Solid knowledge of Management Financial Statements, BOD, Flux Analysis and Financial Reporting
Strong understanding of Financial Planning requirements associated with Revenue, Opex, Workforce, Allocations, Assessments and Capex
Successful delivery of Visual Analytics solutions (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
Proven experience with Data and Data manipulation skills for extraction, transformation, and load (SQL, Python, R)
Experience with End-user support, Documentation creation and Training
Demonstrated project implementation experience to drive continuous improvement and automation of FP&A processes
Experience in modeling, integration, and deployment of business processes
Experience working with Pharmaceutical, Life Science, or highly regulated industry preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively within a team of cross functional stakeholders to influence decisions at every level of the organization
Successful ability to translate business requirements into solutions and facilitate effective communication between digital delivery of solutions and FP&A and finance teams
Self-directed with effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to drive results on multiple complex assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
