The CI Manager will be expected to build and maintain impactful working relationships with their Stakeholders and project leaders, particularly in the context of cost management. Responsible for providing senior stakeholders with financial and operational analysis, delivering insight and financial expertise in solving business problems related to financial information, particularly cost management. Driving best practices within Client Interface in standardization, automation and simplification.

Demonstrating extensive level knowledge of and/or proven record of success, emphasizing the following:
Using accounting concepts and principles with the ability to apply knowledge to transactional analysis, accrual and allocation processes;
Supporting budgeting and strategic planning/reporting and manage the processes and tools used for analysis and cost monitoring as well as taking ownership of the financial close process;
Conveying information in language which can be easily understood by non finance people, including communication skills to work effectively with all levels across the network;
Possessing the ability and attention to quality and detail across all work products, including work under time pressure;
Possessing technical skills relative to Firm financial systems and supporting software (GSuite, MSFT, Qlik/PowerBI /Tableau);
Embracing the ongoing digitization of the business, driving efficiency and quality through implementation of improved technology and solutions;
Producing monthly reports with proven record in financial and data analysis;
Thinking and acting independently to make decisions and work with other SMEs to solve financial accounting problems affecting their Stakeholder and identify areas for additional or enhanced reporting;
Managing others with project management skills;
Possessing the ability to think strategically about current and future business information needs both in terms of what is required but also how (and by whom) these can be delivered;
Improving processes and getting buy in from team members and stakeholders; and,
Challenging stakeholders to ensure financial considerations are taken into account early on in strategic and operational decisions.
