Automotive Finance Manager

Responsibilities: Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. Work with sales management to establish and maintain a program that will ensure a 100-percent turnover to the Finance department. Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction. Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position. Accurately desks deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals. Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts Qualifications: Minimum of two years of dealership experience Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Must possess the ability to close a deal Valid driver’s license
Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications:
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Sell financing for vehicles, extended service agreements and insurance products.
- Evaluate credit reports.
- Work closely with lenders and have strong influence in securing loan approvals.
- Accurately complete and submit all financing paperwork to finance sources.
- Prepare and review daily and monthly reports.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
Automotive finance Manager Requirements include but are not limited to:
