As a Senior Marketing Specialist within PNC’s Marketing Centers of Excellence (COE) team, you will support WorkPlace Banking B2B and B2C marketing. PNC WorkPlace Banking, part of PNC Organizational Financial Wellness, provides organizations with the ability to offer their employees personalized product guidance, financial education, and special banking offers. You will work closely with the MCOE team, external agencies, Marketing Strategy, and business partners to execute various marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional outlets.
We are looking for an individual who has a solid comprehension of marketing strategies, 2+ years entry level marketing experience and a desire to grow their career in marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, communication and partnership skills, and the confidence to coordinate multiple tasks at a time with internal business partners, creative teams, and agencies. The candidate should be a self-starter who is very detail oriented, shows initiative and can lead with influence.
Specifically, in this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing executional marketing support for assigned business and marketing strategy partners. Channel support will primarily focus on sales/branch support collateral, email, direct mail, video development, and pnc.com marketing.
Independently acting as a liaison to advertising agencies, third parties, and internal business partners to establish objectives, coordinate development and execute marketing plans.
Executing all marketing initiatives within the PNC Brand guidelines and standards.
Learning Marketing Automation System (MAS) and ensuring all marketing materials obtain necessary Customer Advocacy, Legal and Compliance approvals.
Financial forecasting and managing campaign invoicing to ensure a sound marketing budget.
Completing the coordination of ad-hoc marketing requests.

Independently supervises, manages and assists in the development of aspects of marketing program execution.
Leverages a strong comprehension of Marketing strategies in order to positively inform execution of programs/projects.
Develops and executes more complex Marketing programs/ projects, strategies and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Proactively collects and synthesizes data. Assembles trends. Helps identify strategic and tactical implications.
Acts as a liaison to agencies, third parties or internal business partners to coordinate development and execute on their behalf.
Oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, invoicing, budget management and process workflows.
