POSITION SUMMARY : The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of marketing, sales and recruiting within Genesis Rehab Services.
Fulfill requests as directed by supervisor and based on skill level. Assist with the development and maintenance of graphic communications presented by the Company to our customers and job candidates including;
maintaining Genesis Rehab marketing image, collateral development, creative design and collateral request fulfillment. Will also assist with the coordination and communication of marketing activities with Genesis Rehab’s various departments and functions to provide and reinforce a common Genesis Rehab voice and message in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES : 1. Using design software, develops new marketing materials and modifies / updates marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, inserts, etc.
2. Acts as creative liaison with assigned internal or external customers.3. Fulfills requests in a timely manner and provide consistent and timely communication of all work in progress.
4. Manages proofing process of all materials before they are finalized, executed or printed with the field / business.5. Facilitates marketing and promotional collateral and advertising production and distribution post the creation of these marketing products for the company including brochures, postcards, advertisements, booths, inserts, and other required marketing materials.
6. Coordinates vendor relationships and associated product production to ensure services are delivered according to specification, e.
g. time, quality and cost. 7. Participates in the development and implementation of external communication programs that support product and marketing position.
8. Designs marketing collateral with website, email and other e-mediums in mind.9. Supports website administration as needed.
10. Facilitates and coordinates trade show and event participation for Business Development and Recruiting teams.11. Facilitates Solutions webinars as assigned.
12. Provides additional support to department as needed.13. Demonstrates care and compassion to ensure that all internal and external customers consistently receive the highest quality of service.

20. Participates in required orientation and training programs. 21. Promptly reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance to supervisor, Compliance Liaison or to the Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline.
22. Cooperates with monitoring and audit functions and investigations. 23. Participates, as requested, in quality assurance and process improvement activities.

26. Participates in other duties as assigned. SMRSQualifications :
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL / VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS : 1. Bachelors Degree required with emphasis on Marketing, English, and / or Communication.
2. 3 years previous marketing experience, preferably in healthcare industry, required. 3. Demonstrated experience in marketing communications and creative design.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience creating a variety of business communications and presentations.
5. Excellent organization skills combined with good interpersonal skills necessary. 6. Portfolio of design productions demonstrate talent preferred.
