The Litigation Practice GroupThe business litigation practice group represents public companies, partnerships, and individuals in California and beyond, resolving their business and real estate disputes.
They serve as lead, trial, national, coordinating, and local counsel in complex business and commercial disputes and actions.
Areas of litigation practice include:
Business Disputes Shareholder and Partner Disputes Insurance Coverage Litigation Intellectual Property Disputes Class Action Defense Employment Litigation Real Estate Litigation Probate and Trust Litigation Appellate Law The depth of the business litigation practice spans all aspects of federal and state civil litigation, including temporary restraining orders, injunctions, attachments, motion practice, discovery, administrative proceedings, trials, and appeals.
Your QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience as the primary supervising and handling attorney on medium to large lawsuits for corporate and real estate clients (and other business litigation matters).
Trial and arbitration experience important.
Compensation and Billable HoursThe firm offers generous compensation, bonus, and benefit plans, reasonable billable hour expectations, a respectful and engaging work environment, and a high retention rate for their attorneys and staff (who enjoy working at the firm!) This position is hybrid with the expectation of working some days of the week in the office and some remotely.
The base salary likely will be $175,000 – $225,000 (plus bonus).
Where You Will WorkThis firm has newly remodeled office space that is refreshing, modern, and comfortable.
The firm prefers that attorneys work in the office at least 3 days per week.
You may work from remotely up to 2 days per week.
