Responsibilities:
Partner with product CFO and technology finance resources to understand FAS product financials from end-to-end including total cost to operate for individual applications
Application utilization billing, volume and variance reporting
Support ad-hoc requests from product leadership for presentation development, business analysis and product finance
Organize complex information in easy to understand formats , demonstrating strong report and presentation design expertise with Excel and PowerPoint
Create management presentations, reports and dashboards (as needed)
Partner with the FAS Oversight and Quality team to i dentify key business risks on the product and drive resolution of mitigating controls
Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition and strategy working sessions
Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint and Confluence
Lead collaborative initiatives with the product owner and Model Office management to identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and add value processes within the product
Lead additional one-off and repeatable analyses as required by product senior management
Track and report on servicing issues identified through executive office, branch escalations or CTO Operational groups.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Business, Finance or other related area
Previous experience in a business office/ finance or planning role is a plus
Proven experience delivering timely, quality presentations and/or reporting for various level of management .
Demonstrated ability in interacting with multiple levels within an organization
Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
Intermediate ability in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
Experience in the consolidation, review, analysis and presentation of Financials
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
Self-starter who is driven to excel in the role and recommend/initiate improvements where necessary
