Pioneer Communications is seeking a Customer Care Manager for the operations of our rural telecommunications company located in Southwest Kansas. This person will be a member of the Leadership team and will provide guidance and support to the Customer Care staff by implementing the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department while monitoring workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders, activities, and tasks. This position also monitors customer satisfaction and works closely with other departments to assure customer accounts are accurate and held secure. Five to seven years’ experience in customer service or the industry preferred.
