We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a property management company in Dothan, AL. The accounts payable clerk’s responsibilities include printing and mailing checks and entering invoices. This position offers health insurance and PTO.

Responsibilities:
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording data
Daily bookkeeping
Generate reports
Understands compliance issues

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail oriented and organized
This is a direct hire position. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8a-5p. Pay is based on experience $30,000-$50,000/year.
