Responsibilities:
Lead a team of employees and oversee managed services provider to provide application maintenance, technical support, and delivery of the Finance/Accounting/Controls functions for Frito-Lay North America, including critical period (monthly) financial close.
Build and maintain strong partnership with business and IT partners. Work effectively across horizontal and vertical teams.
Lead organizational change and adoption through influence and collaboration.
Support employee growth and development.
Partner with Business to understand and help shape demand
Actively participate in vendor governance reviews to address demand management, performance management (SLA), and contract management.
Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents in areas under span of control.
Manage multi-million-dollar financial budget.
Manage risks and resolves issues within areas of accountabilities.
Manage vulnerabilities and eliminate security risks.
Qualifications:
Understanding of Finance functions and systems to include Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Product Costing.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with vendor management
Minimum five years’ experience working in IT application maintenance and delivery
Minimum three years’ experience leading teams
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field
