PenFed is hirng a Finance Transformation Analyst at our McLean, Virginia location. The primary purpose of this role is to provide a strong finance and technology mindset, with the ability to identify gaps, recommend process change, develop system requirements, and redesign finance processes. The role will function as an Analyst, partnering with Finance leadership and other business partners, to ensure business areas are processing activities in an optimal manner, identify opportunities for simplification, eliminate duplication of effort, and assess appropriate balance of risk and control. In addition, this position will establish operational objectives and work plans as well as apply knowledge of many disciplines including, business process analysis, performance benchmarking, change management, risk management/control and rationalization techniques all driving towards credit union improvement and delivery of the member experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
