Ideal Candidate:
We’re seeking an experienced finance executive to join our high-functioning, passionate team and help us continue our rapid expansion. As an ideal candidate, you have proven highly effective financial management experience in a dynamic setting with an understanding of common accounting practices. You have a sharp business mind and demonstrate success in managing a growing business. Your organizational, operational, interpersonal, and leadership skills are well honed, and you enjoy creating solutions that push innovative boundaries.
VP Finance:
As VP Finance, you’ll manage the company’s financial and accounting functions. Working with the CEO, you’ll, develop the financial models for use in routine Board meetings and with our financial partners. You’ll lead the team responsible for all general ledger and accounting functions, and you’ll coordinate with Operations to balance inventory levels in order to meet company financial goals. Collaborating with the leadership team, you will review costs across the multi-national supply chain, in-house assembly operations, inbound and outbound freight programs, procurement practices, and identify and present recommendations for cost reductions.
The fulltime position is based at our headquarters in Richmond, CA, an easy commute from the East Bay, Marin County, and San Francisco. However, we understand today’s work-life balance, so the position is flexible to mix working remote and from the office.
