The KIPP Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports KIPP schools across the country. The KIPP Foundation trains and develops outstanding educators to lead KIPP public schools; provides tools, resources and training for excellent teaching and learning; promotes innovation; and facilitates the exchange of insights and ideas across KIPP and other public schools and organizations.
Position Overview
The Donor & Grants Database Manager will be the system administrator and go-to and database subject-matter expert for the KIPP Foundation’s customized, end-to-end, Salesforce CRM system. He/she/they will have the unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with the Foundation’s Development, Finance, and IT teams to enhance the functionality of the system so that our schools and students have the resources they need to thrive. The Donor & Grants Database Manager reports to the Director of Grants Management on the Finance Team and will have regular check-ins with the Senior Director of Major Gifts on the Development Team. They will be offered the opportunity to receive any additional professional development support as needed and the chance to grow and change their role as they see fit. Location
KIPP Foundation has offices in NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, and Washington DC. It is preferred, but not mandatory for this role to be based out of the San Francisco office. This role also has the option of working remotely, full-time.
