Responsibilities:

As the CFO, you will play a critical role as a strategic partner to the CEO and the executive leadership team. Your role encompasses a range of financial leadership, insights, and recommendations to advance our business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and current market trends. Offer expert insights into potential financial risks and opportunities.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, delivering accurate financial forecasts. Monitor and assess financial performance against budgets, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Financial Reporting: Supervise the creation of timely and precise financial statements, reports, and analyses for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Capital Management: Take charge of the company’s capital structure, encompassing debt and equity financing. Evaluate investment possibilities, as well as potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Risk Management: Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring strict adherence to regulations and implementing robust internal controls.
• Treasury Operations: Optimize cash flow and oversee liquidity management. Drive strategic decisions concerning capital allocation, investments, and working capital management.
• Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• A distinguished track record as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance executive.
• Profound comprehension of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect financial strategies to overarching business goals. Experience in successfully driving financial and operational transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA, CPA, CFA preferred).
