CHILD DEVELOPMENT, INC., a non-profit, multi-funded (state, federal, local) agency, IS SEEKING A FINANCE DIRECTOR

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with financial policies and fiscal matters

· Prepare, analyze and monitor annual budgets and reports

· Develop financial plans and forecasts

· Analyze operation fluctuations

· Oversee bookkeeping procedures

· Administer Pension Plan

· Serve as primary liaison to Program’s external independent auditors

Requirements:

· CPA or baccalaureate in accounting, business, fiscal management, or a related field with related experience
