We are looking for a self-motivated, detailed, organized, numbers loving person who is a good problem solver, and can help us reinvent our financial processes. The primary purpose of the Finance Manager is to provide professional level support to the Finance department. The main responsibilities of the Finance Manager are the maintenance of the general ledger, financial reports and statements, payroll, & accounts payable and receivable. Our ideal Finance Manger will contribute to the success of our organization by providing accurate and insightful data; which can then be used to make sound business decisions, drive action, and improve profitability to move PTC forward.

Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports (P&L statements, AR reports, AP reports, and Budgets/Forecasts)
• Directly supervise small team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize effectively, work independently & as part of a team, and communicate with all levels within the organization
• Other duties, as assigned

Finance Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Must possess excellent skills in MS Office (Excel is a MUST)
• Can handle multiple projects concurrently
• Possesses a sense of urgency and meets deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate, precise, and detail oriented
• Strong math, and analytical skills
• Can organize, analyze, and evaluate financial and non-financial data in an understandable and rational manner
• Good organization and time management skills

Finance Manager Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years finance or accounting experience, preferably in the Health Care or Insurance industry
