Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented individual with a passion for marketing, possessing a diverse skill set including event planning, social media management, video production, website administration, coding, graphic design, and video animation.

The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain our social media platforms, engaging with the audience and ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
• Participate in video production, from shooting to editing, to create engaging and informative marketing content.
• Collaborate with the web team to manage and update the company website, ensuring it remains current and user-friendly.
• Utilize coding skills to make necessary updates and improvements to our digital assets and online presence.
• Create visually appealing graphic design assets for various marketing materials, both print and digital.
• Leverage video animation experience to enhance marketing videos and create eye-catching animations.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains competitive in its marketing strategies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in event planning, social media management, video production (shooting and editing), website administration, coding, graphic design, and video animation.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), web content management systems, and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
