Role Description
The Account Executive contributes to the success of our customers by understanding their products, business model and desired marketing outcomes and outlining how Otis can help them achieve their marketing and sales objectives. You know you are doing well when our customers are engaged on the Otis platform, collaborating with us on goals and outcomes and helping our customers expand their business.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter, have great attention to detail, be a strong team player and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
This is a very rewarding position as you will gain hands-on experience working with an evolving product.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
● Communicating with and qualifying inbound leads
● Learn about the specifics of the customers’ business and their marketing goals
● Assisting in translating marketing goals into winning digital marketing strategies
Required Experience
● Proven experience in converting inbound leads.
Solid track record of continued account management success.
● Excellent customer success skills; you onboard customers, they love the experience and we build lasting relationships and loyal customers.
● Experience selling into and building relationships with SMB’s
