This position will report to the Clinical Operations Finance Associate Director, to provide support to the clinical operations teams in FTE forecast, monthly financial performance reporting and analysis, financial modelling and analysis for clinical transformation initiatives and other projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
Design and enhance clinical FTE models, review clinical FTE forecasting models from individual businesses and share best practices
Run FTE review meetings with leadership team
Approve clinical FTE requisitions, and partner with Human Capital partner to provide financial support on FTE compensation and benefit analysis
Build financial models to support clinical transformation and operating efficiency projects
Drive clinical operations cost management target, reporting and analysis
Working in partnership with the business finance and FP&A teams for FTE and other operating expense forecast associated with clinical operations leadership team or across business projects

Required Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
5+ years of experience in FP&A or finance partnership experience
Advanced proficiency level working with Excel and very strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifcations:
MBA
Clinical operations finance background
Knowledge in Hyperion and PeopleSoft
Demonstrated ability to problem solving
Demonstrated ability to act decisively and proactively, anticipating change, and modify plans/timetables as needed
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization and with a cross-functional partners
Proven ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) at both the working and executive level
Adapt to changes in a fast paced environment and prioritize accordingly

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
