Summary This position is primarily responsible for assisting with projects and activities for marketing products or services by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists in developing and delivering the company’s digital/online marketing strategy.
Manages incoming media requests and builds relationships with industry representatives.
Coordinates and conducts monthly NY and NJ Continuing Educational courses.
Maintains COPE and NJ State Board course credit, including approval and event attendance submission.
Observes and logs referral doctors’ needs and stocks offices with appropriate marketing literature.
Facilitates reorders of marketing supplies from printer, including promotional materials.
Coordinates and conducts doctor visits in NY and NJ in support of Omni sales efforts.
Assist in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization.
Helps plan advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Serves as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns.
Assists in development and production of promotional and collateral materials.
Monitors competitive products and marketing activities.
Helps maintain relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
Helps maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Assists in planning of meetings and special events for an organization.
Ships marketing packages to doctors.
Handles non-technical consumer calls and emails.
Responsible for warehouse inventory (1-2 times per year-check or double-check).
Sends Notices via fax and/or email.
Answers phones, files, faxes, etc.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
