Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with President and leadership team to establish clear long term vision and execute the game plan to accomplish the business goals.
Work with the leadership team to create clear KPIs by department and systems to track to each of the departmental goals and timelines.
Be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader with a strong business mindset rooted in results and optimization.
Analyze financial implications in strategies and take action against most optimal business results.
Help build and lead the high performing managerial team.
You will build high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
Manage all operations and business activities and make sure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
Make high-return investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
Maintain execution to legal guidelines and in-house policies to ensure company’s legality and business ethics.
Explore financial and non-financial reports and develop solutions or improvements based on the analysis results.
Maintain trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
Investigate problematic situations and occurrences and develop solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
Stay informed about the current situation in the markets and industry of the company and evolve strategies to stay competitive and deliver results.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least ten years of industry experience required, 5 plus years of general management experience and industry experience is required.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Good experience with diverse business functions such as ecommerce, marketing, product, PR, finance etc.
Excellent knowledge of corporate finance and performance management principles.
Good knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.
Experience in formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
This is an in office position Monday to Friday; must be flexible to work long hours as required.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position
