Jr Media Buyer (base as listed + commission!)

As a Junior Media Buyer supporting both our long-standing Core division and newly created eCommerce division, you will use your many skills to support successful user acquisition strategies through campaign set up across various platforms, reporting analysis and partner communication. Using the goals and budgets provided by the Head of Media Buying, you will help to ensure that campaigns reach target audiences through high-quality channels to achieve the strongest possible metrics.
You will apply strong critical thinking and analytical skills to be successful in each platform and effectively solve problems. Using exemplary communication skills, you will cultivate successful business and internal relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement paid and branding user acquisition campaigns across various channels based on guidance and instructions from the team’s media buyers.
Communicate with partners all items related to acquisition campaigns, including campaign assets, tracking, and KPI goals.
Support campaigns’ optimizations and growth tactics through ongoing analysis to meet the team’s goals.
Utilize reporting to monitor and communicate install counts, costs, margins, LTVs and other KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure an overall return on investment.
Proactively provide updates to the Media Buying team regarding any changes or roadblocks impacting acquisition.
Build and maintain client relationships using a variety of communication methods to ensure long-term, successful partnerships.
Collaborate with various teams on new and existing product development and strategies, data analysis and reporting, legal compliance, and creative testing.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1+ year of media buying experience in managing performance-based ad campaigns and driving traffic to desktop and/or mobile applications.
Strong analytical skills are a must!
Desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Direct experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns is required.
Experience working in Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager is a plus!
Effectively utilizes critical thinking and detail orientation skills.
Proven ability to strategize user acquisition campaigns including research, implementation, and optimization.
Foster a positive and collaborative rapport with partners and colleagues.
Clear and professional communication through email, messenger and phone with both co-workers and partners.
Desire to learn about the industry, advertising trends and tools while being confident in seeking the information necessary to succeed.
