We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Call Center Manager for a Full-Time position.
Job Description
Manages the Call Center personnel and addresses technical and IT-related issues as well as administrative issues and is authorized to interface with the government’s Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), other government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
Must have strong leadership qualities to manage staff. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written. Must be a team leader and lead as an example to the team. Should managerial and professional IT experience or certifications in support. Must have a high level of flexibility, with a strong work ethic to accommodate. Must work with a high level of responsibility and multiple priorities. Shall possess A+ certification and/or MCSE certifications in Active Directory and/or Exchange services preferred. Must have adequate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite products and other Microsoft software.
