As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be
- Responsible for providing an outstanding customer sales experience.
- Maintain a process to handle all inbound calls and manage all opportunities/leads available to drive additional business.
- Track and manage manifest lists, appointment reminders, internet leads, schedule appointments
- Assists with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Provide enabling environment for complementing the company’s business plan strategically developed towards better profit making
- Communication Specialist for the Sales Department, representing the business and maintaining professional Phone skills through the sales process
- Acquire knowledge about the organization and implement such knowledge in day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with other members of staff towards better execution of the company’s plans and business development activities
- Participate in the marketing programs of the organization
- Ensure proper execution of new business initiatives
Preferred Candidates should have the following:
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- Excellent communication and Organizational skills
- At least 3 years working experience in Dealership and/or marketing fields are preferred
- Ability to use computer programs Excel and Word processing packages
- Ability to interact with external and internal clients professionally
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to face and overcome new challenges seen in the course of work
- Ability to work and interact with members of staff at various levels in the organization
- Ability to arrive fast at workable decisions and to adapt to changes in working conditions
