Small plaintiff’s law firm looking for a part-time Case Manager / Paralegal. Our practice is primarily in personal injury and employment with heavy litigation. Primary duties for this position will include management of all litigation cases and making certain that discovery moves forward timely, depositions are scheduled and deadlines are monitored and met. Further, candidate will need attention to detail and strong writing and organizational skills. Experience in drafing discovery responses and efiling within state and federal jurisdictions is a must. Part-time, work from home position with flexible hours. Bonus points if candidate is in commuting distance of Charleston, SC for occasional trips to the office.
