The IT Project Manager is responsiblefor managing multiple medium to large scale IT projects across the organization through cross functional coordination to ensure quality delivery of projects in an on-time, on-budget manner. This individual will create and communicate project plans to all project stakeholders and will manage the relationships with project team and stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Create and manage multiple detailed project plans to monitor and track progress Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects Manage, monitor and motivate project teams for completion of tasks Perform risk management to minimize potential risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques Report project progress, including but not limited to timelines, risks, issues Escalate critical issues & risks to key leadership stakeholders in a timely manner Interface with all stakeholders affected by the project including internal/external stakeholders & vendors Manage expectations of all stakeholders affected by the project Manage the project budget, monitoring expenditure, and cost Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables Ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and on time Develop and manage annual budgets for information technology projects TRAINING Proficient with standard Project Management Tools (Planview, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc. ) 5 years Project Management Experience including 5 years experience managing multiple enterprise-wide IT projects CERTIFICATIONSProject Management certification required (PMP, PMI, Prince2 or equivalent)EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and three to five years of experience.
