POSITION OVERVIEW Step into a pivotal role that propels our business and brand forward. As the Natran Marketing Manager, you won’t just contribute you’ll be an integral force collaborating with leadership to drive growth and establish our brand as an industry powerhouse.
Your voice will be a valued presence at the strategy table, where you’ll create multi-faceted campaigns, craft compelling posts and videos, and fine-tune our CRM to amplify impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Project Management and Strategy Development Collaborate with teams to develop marketing strategies.
Then plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives to meet timelines and budgets Digital Advertising – Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine Natran’s digital marketing efforts, enhance user experience, and drive lead generation and conversion.
This will encompass various channels such as Adwords, Meta, and more. Social Media – Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
This will include creating, curating, and scheduling captivating content across social media platforms. CRM Development and Management – Oversee the development, customization, and maintenance of the company’s CRM system (e.
g., HubSpot). This will include segmenting customer data, creating targeted marketing campaigns, and automating lead nurturing processes.
Marketing Tech Stack and Integrations Manage and recommend optimizations to the tech stack and manage the integrations. Website Optimization Maintain the website and identify areas for improvement, including navigation, design, and content.
You will be able to work with a design and development team to implement enhancements that drive website traffic and lead generation.
Content Creation – Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels and mediums. Brand Management – Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels and contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
Data and Analysis Reporting – Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance and update reports and presentations to communicate results and insights.
Promotional Events – Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management and attendee engagement for promotional events.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS To be successful in this role, you’ll bring with you : 3+ years in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and campaign execution.
2+ years of hands-on experience in managing and improving websites. WordPress preferred. 2+ years of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, to develop visually compelling marketing materials.
Proficiency in utilizing a CRM to optimize lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion rates. HubSpot experience preferred.
