POSITION SUMMARY

Tax Resolution Case Manager

This role reports to the Tax Professionals and upper management. This role serves as direct contact and guide to our clients during the Tax Resolution Phase of their case. They help educate the clients on what documentation is needed in order to move case forward in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Serve as the main point of contact for the client.
• Collect financial information from the client. Assemble documents and present to tax professionals.
• Guide the client through various stages of their cases. Through compliance issues, Installment agreement negotiations, offer in compromise process, IRS deadlines and more.
• Interact with Tax Professionals, clients, and other departments.
• With the cooperation of our clients, meet IRS guidelines and deadlines.
• Multitask while working with customers and navigating our computer systems.
• Other tasks and duties as needed

Skills needed:

• Excellent Customer service.
• Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large client base with deadlines, urgency and prioritization management.
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts in a fast-paced environment.
• Remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Conflict resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 per hour
