We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Content Manager to join our team at an exciting stage of our growth. As the lead creative in charge of our brand voice, you will be responsible for producing exciting, engaging content, bringing our brand to life through our unique tone of voice. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams in the production of marketing campaigns, educational resources, patient outreach and much more!
Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the creative expression of our brand voice across all types of content
Brainstorming new concepts and directions for content for the brand
Creating an industry-leading content strategy that aligns with our vision and objectives
Producing innovative, engaging content with the support of the creative team
Experimenting with content mediums, including video, digital, social, print and more
Infusing our creative copy with a bold, memorable tone of voice
Creating content that our audience finds true value in
Work to deadline in a fast-paced and supportive environment
Mentoring and developing the content team
Overseeing content produced on all channels, ensuring proper grammar, style and tone is followed throughout
Work closely with the senior team on the development of exciting initiatives and services
Who you are:
We are seeking someone with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or another related field. Work experience of the equivalent is also acceptable. You ideally should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a senior position in the field of communications, preferably as a Senior Content Editor or Senior Content Marketer. You will be creating engaging, informative content across numerous different channels, so you’ll need to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends to thrive in this role. A background or familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus, but not essential.

Be able to use website, blog, and social media data in gauging success of the company’s content and campaigns
Be driven to develop new ideas and approaches to content production and promotion
Be a team player, able to grow and develop other team members as you work together
Be proficient in certain softwares which would aid in the creation of high-quality and engaging content, for example, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, and Photoshop
Be skills, with the ability to finalize projects within given time-frames
Have exceptional organization and multitasking skills and an ability to prioritize tasks
Be a team player, on top of the latest creative and content trends and be excited about driving new ideas and approaches
