MultiplyMii Looking for Amazon Operations Manager at Remote Full Time

Multiplymii is in search of an organized Amazon Operations Manager who will be working with our client based in the USA. Our client is an eCommerce company that creates products for personal safety, and its goal is to be the most innovative company in personal safety products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team based on their scorecards, with a focus on meeting performance targets, improving Standard Operating Processes, and promoting a positive work environment. The Operations Manager should alleviate any roadblocks the business encounters as it pertains to inventory management, platform management (Amazon, Shopify, etc.), and the overall customer experience. To do this, the Operations Manager must ensure the business has the proper scorecards and communication paths within the business so that educated decisions can be made, and the correct SOPs can be executed.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will be in charge of the following:

• Primary objectives 20% BIG ROCKS – These must be done first and at all costsIncrease contribution margin from 20-25%

Hire team members to fulfill all missing roles by end of year 1
Facilitate for the launch of 2 new products per quarter by end of year 1

• Scorecard (Metrics to measure performance):IPI Score per market (750) + Excess Inventory & Sell Through (dark green)

Stock level above (35 days for main sellers, 25 for normal SKUs)
Contribution margin (25%)
PPC Acos & Tacos
Top 5 Keywords Ranking for each product group

• Daily tasksChecking daily metrics from each Departments Scorecards (and following up any emergencies)

Follow-up communication between employees

• Weekly tasksScorecard preparation and 80/20 Review

Communicate changes to the team and follow up
Confirm upcoming payments and send out payments
Weekly commitments for the team
Review and set new weekly commitments
Review team obstacles & issues – solution-focused (call)

• Monthly tasksScorecard review

Monthly Profit calculated and reported
Expenses checked and confirmed
Past month’s cash flow confirmed and next month checked
Monthly Goals review and planning
Ensure all documents and numbers for CPA are delivered as scheduled
Ensure VAT filings are completed and paid
Monthly team call to support all teams
Review production recommendations
Confirm the production shipping plan

• Quarterly tasksEnsure systems are optimized and up to date

• As Needed Activities – These must be done once assigned.Improve current systems and processes and add new ones if needed

Follow-up metrics from product launches
Adjust team as needed

• Mandatory Meetings – These meetings must be attended and meeting minutes taken and distributed.Daily Standup 15 min Meetings

• This person will not directly do the legwork, but rather manage delegations and ensure that the target results are achieved.

About You:

Core qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Amazon Seller Central experience
• 2 years of experience in team management
• 2 years of PPC experience, understanding metrics (direct function not needed)
• Familiarity with Helium 10, JungleScout, and other industry tools
