Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant with 3-5 years of Big 4 accounting firm experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and present findings to management.
• Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.
• Provide support for external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
