Tax Services Manager

We are a leading tax law firm in San Francisco looking for an experience Tax Services Manager. The qualified candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with leadership experience and the demonstrated ability to lead our tax services team. We are a high-volume Firm looking for the right tax subject matter expert and people leader to join our collaborative, engaged and productive team.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Operational leadership and management of the tax services department of the firm. The incumbent is responsible for the strategic planning and operational execution of tax service functions including but not limited to tax preparation and accounting services for firm clients. Manage the annual life cycle of the client, ensuring ongoing engagement, customer service and service delivery and meeting established performance goals. Engage and collaborate with firm’s legal teams to provide comprehensive services and solutions to our clients. Responsible for the management of assigned staff, including oversight for the effective completion of assigned tasks, and execution of performance management in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
