Summary Of Position
The Director of Marketing will concept and drive integrated marketing campaigns that deliver impact and meet business objectives across all FORMA brands, in partnership with cross-functional partners, agencies, and the broader Marketing team. With the new way of hybrid working at Forma, this role is integral in ensuring external agencies are always linked closely to internal partners. Setting strategy in a fluid way, they will build awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive a 360 view of marketing communications across all platforms, channels and markets. Additionally, this person will orchestrate commercial plans that translate into highly successful marketing activities with measurable results.
Principle Accountabilities
40% Go-to-Market Planning & Management
30% Own commercial calendar of all campaign activity to ensure strategic alignment with the brand position/mission, consistency of messaging in market and overall timing of campaign efforts
20% Manage the Integrated Marketing budget
10% Manage strategic partnerships with agencies and vendors in the delivery of integrated marketing plans

5% travel to Morphe retail locations as needed

Additional Information
FORMA Brands takes a market-based approach to pay, and amounts will vary depending on your geographic location. The salary range reflected here is for positions based in the Greater Los Angeles area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future without notice.
Compensation Range: $150,000 – $170,000
