Responsibilities :

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and financial reporting
• Manage Fixed Assets, Oracle Project Accounting, and vehicle leasing
• Administer invoicing, T&E, P-Card, and unclaimed property transactions
• Monitor invoice reports, workflow queues, and vendor ACH enrollment
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Required Competencies :

• -year degree and years’ experience, or -year degree in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge in accounting and office administration
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in PC and ledger systems
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team player
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Skilled in financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration
