A global food manufacturer with a commitment to quality and innovation is in search of a VP of Finance to oversee the finance department’s day-to-day functions.
As the VP of Finance, you will be responsible for treasury management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, capital expenditures, general accounting and budgetary controls. You will develop, implement, monitor and control accounting policies and procedures. This role will serve as a business partner providing the team with insights and analysis on business performance.

Responsibilities:
- Development, analysis and interpretation of financial information to appraise operating results in profitability and performance
- Consolidate financial results from various subsidiaries and affiliates
- Complete required monthly and quarterly bank reporting.
- Mentor and coach the finance team, and develop succession plans for critical roles
- Partner with external accountants on year-end audit and provide support for required tax reporting
Requirements:
- 10 plus years of managerial accounting/controller experience
- Previous manufacturing experience required, preferably in protein
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA and/or CMA preferred but not required
