The C+AI Revenue Finance team is looking for a strong finance professional who will lead the overall business rhythms for our monthly close and business reviews, scorecard, and senior leadership team messaging. You will build partnerships across the broader C+AI Revenue Finance team to broaden your expertise on business performance and synthesize this into key themes and messages for executive leadership. In addition, you will be the lead on several key Azure accounting processes, as well as serving as our lead for all compliance related matters.

Responsibilities
Lead the monthly processes for close and business reviews across Engineering, Marketing and Sales organizations, providing clarity on timelines and deliverables across a large finance team to deliver sharp, compelling insights to numerous leadership teams.
Own the End-to-End Intelligent Cloud Segment story, including attainment insights, early signals performance summaries, quarterly outlook, opportunities, and risks.
Drive alignment on C+AI business health messaging for SLT scorecard and State of the Business executive forums, driving connection to compete and focus on overall business health performance objectives.
Provide leadership on all compliance matters for C+AI revenue team, partnering with auditors to ensure all requirements and met.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR equivalent experience.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
Strong partnering, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, influencing others without direct authority and appropriately pushing back when required
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, sometimes under tight deadlines
Effective oral and written communication skills at various levels of the organization
Process management skills with impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in assessing the health of consumption-based business models will be highly beneficial.
