In this role, you will maintain knowledge of ACU operations, conduct data analysis, and advise on the financial impact of operational decisions. You will also participate in the improvement of Medical Group operations and meeting future financial and analytical needs.

Required Qualifications*
In order to be considered for this position the applicant must have met or will have met all the required qualifications prior to the start date of employment.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field
Senior: 5 – 8 years of professional experience
Problem solving and analytical thinking capabilities
Financial systems acumen, including considerable experience with MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, etc.)
Ability to assess competing priorities, manage workflow, and meet operational deadlines
Desired Qualifications*
What will make you stand out?
PeopleSoft / Oracle / Hyperion experience
Experience with data base query tools (Data warehouse, tableau, etc.)
Ability to translate analyses into actionable information for decision making at all levels within the Health System
Strong communication skills – both oral and written. Ability to analyze large amounts of complex information to present simple and concise material to the appropriate audience
Experience in a healthcare, higher education and/or academic medical center setting
