Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required. Not less than eight years of accounting or finance experience.
This position is responsible for managing the financial strength of the cooperative. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Establishes strategy, direction and management for the finance, accounting, office services, billing and warehouse departments aligning department strategy with the cooperative’s strategic goals.
Responsible for the overall financial management of the organization to include preparation of budgets (operating and capital), loan applications, financial reports, financial forecasts, assisting with cost of service studies, and assisting the General Manager in the management of the cooperative’s financial affairs.
Reviews financial data and requests from other departments within the cooperative.
Reviews and determines the financial impact of operating conditions on the Operating Budget as approved by the Board of Directors.
Ensures that all financial affairs are handled in accordance with financial guidelines.
Strives to maintain good customer relations by providing services requested, answering questions, and offering assistance.
Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range
$119,372 – $220,365 annual salary depending on experience.
