Role Value Proposition:
As an invaluable developer who is part of MetLife transformational program, you will have the opportunity to shape some of the critical applications. You will be responsible for thought leadership, creative problem solving, provide appropriate escalation of issues and resolve escalated issues using solution knowledge and expertise in a complex environment. Your responsibilities include writing full stack code, reviewing code written by the team, design and write systems, frameworks, applications and APIs. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Dev Ops life cycle of the product and its successful build out, delivery and production maintenance. This position will collaborate closely with a diverse team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Business Systems Analysts and Software Development Engineers to deliver to internal and external US Group Benefits Business initiatives.

The wage range for applicants for this position is the more specific figure (for example (only): $80,000) or range within which the hiring manager reasonably expects to hire (for example (only): $70,000 – $85,000) . The role is eligible for incentive compensation under the sales incentive plan for your position. MetLife offers a comprehensive benefits program, including healthcare benefits, life insurance, retirement benefits, parental leave, legal plan services and paid time off.
