Job Description
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Global Support Functions can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
Program Overview & Responsibilities:
By joining the Early Talent Finance Internship Program, individuals will gain an understanding of how our company is fulfilling its purpose of inventing medicines to improve people’s lives. Finance Early Talent Interns will participate in a 12-week program focused on practical, hands-on experience in a Finance role which may include analyzing; forecasting, reporting, and analyzing operating results; operational risk management and process improvement consulting; managing currency and other financial risks; or other roles in key Finance business processes.
Internships are primarily located in our NJ and PA office locations.
As part of the Early Talent Finance Internship Program, you will gain the opportunity to innovate in a changing world through:

• LEARNING – Our Rotational program takes pride in the formal training, on the job learning, formal performance evaluations through real time feedback and independent learning to create a learning culture that is a continuous journey, not a destination
Required Education and Experience:

Candidates must be a current college students enrolled in a BS in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Analytics preferred, but all business majors may be considered (including Management, Marketing, or Economics). Academic curriculum focus on data analytics is preferred.

Candidates must be available to work full-time for the length of the internship experience, beginning in June of 2023.

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$59,400.00 – $101,000.00
