MEMCO Looking for Book Keeper at Spring, TX Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Accounting Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. The Accounting Bookkeeper will work closely with the accounting team to prepare financial reports, reconcile bank statements, and assist with budgeting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle as an Accounting Bookkeeper, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and generating financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring as an integral part of the Accounting Bookkeeper role.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support financial audits and tax preparation processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exhibit a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Book Keeping experience is a must
• Proven experience working as an Accounting Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge using quickbooks
