MEDIKOs Recruiting Manager will oversee the full cycle sourcing and hiring functions within the teams HR Department. It is a unique opportunity to help set the company’s recruiting strategy, identify new and creative sourcing techniques, establish approach with the HR systems/reporting/metrics, collaborate with various stakeholders in both our corporate office and field locations, coordinate the interview process from start to hire and act as a candidate advocate throughout the hiring process.

What We Require:
Familiarity with HR related laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Bachelors degree preferred (or 3-4 years related experience)
Successful background check, drug screening and security clearance
